Trip to Madrid, Bilbao, Burgos.

On April 30th,31st,1st,2nd,3rd  we travelled to Madrid, Bilbao and Burgos. And we went by bus and it took some eight, nine hours, I thought it would be very tiring and luckily it still went pretty fast.

We spent two nights in Madrid, a night in Bilbao and a night in Burgos.

It was a very distracted trip and did not have time to get bore. It was a very enjoyable trip and I didn't get bored at all because we visited places all day long and we were free all night.

I personally found the museum in Bilbao especially attractive and interesting, but I didn't like it inside. The most beautiful city we visited was Burgos.

I liked the museum because it was very original and different from others that we went to see.

I really liked Burgos as a city, the place and the atmosphere, at night and I really enjoyed visiting the city canter.

Burgos mixes both old and modern characteristics, which makes the city really attractive.

I think it would be a good idea to travel to Burgos, Madrid and Bilbao again next year. I found the trip really interesting.

Are our zoos cruel to wild animals? Discuss

In my opinion zoos aren't cruel with animals. But sometimes the people us animals like an object.

At zoos animals where there only  because the people see them.                                                                                    The child go to the zoos because is absolutely fun and different.  If the zoos use the animals to make bad things or "to exploit them" so we could say that they are cruel with animals.                                                                           For example, if they take a dolphin and they do it going from a place in the other one, we could say that this it is to be a bit cruel.

In my conclusion, I think zoos aren't cruel with the animals. If I knew that they are cruel with animals would be the first to complain but the animals that there are  in the zoo there life good and the people go to see.

I believe that in this photo there are a boy and a girl that are fallen in love but that sleep like of two classes social different.
This is the one that I can see because the image is very small.

2.Most of the story takes place in Tredonald, Wales. Find information about this coal mining village.
With the Industrial Revolution ( 17th and 18th c ) , coal mining, a tiny industry in the 15th century, became a national and international industry. Thus, the 19th
century was a century of massive expansion for the coal industry in Wales. But the end of the 20th century brought almost universe closure. Find information about 1984 miners' strike

-What's Meg's present job?

-Why does Huw tell her " you always were a fighter, weren't you?" ? ( pag.48 )

Song for Christmas

Jingle, Jingle, Jingle!

Jingle, Jingle, Jingle
if you listen you can hear
the jing-a-ling of sleigh bells
singing, ringing through the air

Jingle, Jingle, Jingle
it's that Christmas Time of year.
When Santa and his reindeer ring
those bells we love to hear.

The Yuletide is upon us
as the Day of Days draws near.

Jingle, Jangle, Tinkling bells
ringing, singing, wishing well

for everyone on earth they tell
"of Christmas joys, Noel, Noel!"

Catalonia's version of Robin Hood

a. Serrallonga was a thief.
He lived in Catalonia.
He stole objects and money to the people of a more upper
social class, the rich people.
Serrallonga legend that had a lot of success in Catalonia.

b. Robin Hood stole to the people of upper social class and gave the money to the people of low social class.
He had a group of people that they were called "Homes Alegres"

c. I believe that if that they have something in common, for example both stole money especially to the people of a social class more upper than they.

Letter for Ànnia.

Hi Annia,

It was great to hear from you! How are things? I have desires to know better.

I have decided to write a letter so that you know what I am doing in Portugal. I also write to you because..., I don't have my best friend on my side and I can not explain you the things directly and see your face.

This idea of coming a week here in Portugal has been brilliant. I am very calm, I don't have timetables. I go to visit all. I want all day long we are eating fish. (They give us a lot of food and in the end we will put kilos). During the day it is sunny very beautiful but when when the sun sets it is cold. I like this country and the cities.

I arrive on Friday in the afternoon, we see each other at the airport. I would like that you were here.

I'm having a great time.

Love,

Anna.
